Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are valid between you and 3615Divine SA.

Please note that we do not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website are in stock or available for purchase.

We reserve the right to stop selling any product.

Orders can only be placed by a person aged 18 or over.

We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Each purchase is subject to the version of the terms and conditions in effect on the date the order is placed. Please inform yourself about the applicable version of the terms and conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before placing your order and not a later version.

Placing orders

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept the Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the products in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers until you have completed payment and received the order confirmation email.

The costs

All prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT) is that in force in France.

The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available.

If one of the products ordered is no longer available, we will contact you within 7 days of the order date.

You can then confirm the order or cancel it.

In the event that the order is maintained and partially delivered, the customer will only be billed for the delivery price.

In the event the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery

Delivery in France is free.

Delivery to the rest of the world is flat rate and costs 40 euros.

You can track the package on the DHL website using the tracking number provided in the email informing you of the shipment of the order. In the event of a delay, we cannot be held responsible for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind may be made against us.

Payment

The site offers the following payment methods:

Payment by card via Stripe or Paypal.

For payment by card, the credit is made at the time of validation of the order, provided that we have obtained prior authorization to debit your account from the competent payment center, failing which the order cannot be taken into consideration.

The right of withdrawal with compensation

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return them (ART. L121-20 of the Consumer Code). If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.

Beyond that, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund.

The exchanges

We cannot provide any refunds.

The exchange or credit on the e-shop of the items will only be accepted if the product(s) ordered are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Customs, duties and taxes

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees until your order is placed and we are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
